Prehn, Colon are married

Sarah Prehn and Brian Colon, both of Sheridan, exchanged marriage vows at 4:30 p.m. on June 6, 2009 at the Morris Country Club. Judge John David Zwanzig officiated at the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Yvette Woods and Joey Prehn, and Karen Thruwitt and Hector Colon.

Calla Brannan was maid of honor and bridesmaids included Jennifer Colon, Sabrina Colon, Lindsay Emerson, Stephanie Hart, Jennifer Howard, Jessica Johnson, Kristin Ragan, Marianne Sansone, Angela Steele and flower girl was Lyla Grobe.

Best man was Joe Thruwitt. Groomsmen were Alec McDonald, Dhristin Shenberg, Sean Shenberg, Jason Smith, Chris Scott, Jesse Vidalas, Nick Winchester, William Young. Ring bearer was Dylan Leasure.

The reception was at the Morris Country Club.

The bride is a graduate of Serena High School and Empire Beauty School and is employed as a hair stylist.

The groom is a graduate of Morris Community High School and is employed as a union painter.
