Police break up teenage drinking party

FOURTEEN teenagers, none from Morris, were cited for illegal consumption of liquor about 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, July 21.

Officer Paul Burke said police responded to a report of trespassing at the site of the proposed Riverplace Marina along Cemetery Road.

He reported numerous people were found on the property Many had consumed alcohol.

Cited for illegal consumption of liquor were: Nicholas Bokoski, 17, Joshua Brod, 17, Robert Dixon, 17, Kevin Smith, 17, all of Minooka; Brittney Bales, 18, Kelly Bellair, 19, Samantha Daley, 18, Christopher Murphy, 18, Andrew Roseen, 18, and Nikola Tintor, 19, all of Lockport; Chloe Riggs, 17, of Channahon, Stephanie Bain, 17, of Joliet, and two juveniles from Minooka and Channahon.

All were given Aug. 17 court dates.
