A BATTERY complaint was signed against Anthony Serena, 25, 660 Lake St., South Wilmington, about 1:20 a.m. Monday, Sept. 7.

Deputy R. J. Knezevich reported he was called to a fight in the lot by Reco's in East Brooklyn.

Andrew Souligne told the deputy that, when he left the bar, Serena attacked him for no reason, knocked him down and jumped on him.

Serena was found in a vehicle on Rice Road and served with the battery complaint. He posted $100 bond and was given a Sept. 28 court date.
