John Arvanis, 32, 301 Mondamin, Minooka, was placed on conditional discharge for two years with 40 days in the county jail and fined $160 for driving with a revoked license. He began serving the sentence on Friday, Sept. 4 He was charged March 16 at Ridge Road and Twin Rail Drive.

Nathan Price, 32, Kewanee, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling, attend a victim impact panel and have an interlock installed. He was charged May 2, 2008, on Interstate 80, near Minooka.

Christopher Sanders, 40, 24633 Valley Dr., Channahon, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service work, complete counseling, attend a victim impact panel and have an interlock installed. He was charged Nov. 15, 2008, near Spring and Dwight roads by a Department of Natural Resources officer.

Ryan D'Orazio, 23, Crest Hill, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $520 for improper lane usage, going 73 in a 55 mph zone and illegal transportation of liquor. He was also ordered to complete 40 hours of community service work and attend a victim impact panel. He was found not guilty of DUI following a bench trial. He was charged Sept. 21 on Illinois 113, near Forrest Drive.

Katie Wolf, 21, Braidwood, was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $165 for criminal damage to property. A hearing on restitution was set for Oct. 20. She was charged July 10 with denting a Honda owned by Andrew Wolf.

Terrence Tucker III, 23, Woodstock, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct. He was charged May 10 with trying to enter vehicles parked at Gippers. A resisting police charge, for yelling in the area of Deputy Dan Budde was dismissed.

Terry Wheeler, 38, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for two years, fined $165 and ordered to pay $814.68 restitution for battery. He was charged April 9 with punching Michael Polarek above the right eye.

Jose Lopez, 38, Aurora, was fined $595 for possession of marijuana May 30 on Grand Rodge Road. A littering ticket was dismissed.
