Rehbergs mark 50 years together

Mr. and Mrs. William Rehberg of 225 N. Canal St., Lisbon, Newark, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 12, 2009.

William Rehberg and the former Beverly Berta were married on Sept. 12, 1959, at Assumption Church in Coal City.

William is a self-employed farmer. Beverly was a music teacher and band director at Saratoga Grade School and Lisbon Grade School until her retirement in 2000.

The couple are parents of one son and three daughters, Randy (Stacy) Rehberg of Lisbon/Newark, Roxanne (Dave) Aper of Geneseo, Marcee (Don) Brummel of Sheridan, and Melissa (Rob) Sigler of Plainfield. They also have 11 grandchildren, Geoffrey, Jonathan, and Noah Aper of Geneseo; Hailey, Logan, and Taylor Rehberg of Lisbon/Newark; Kelsey, Lauren and Delaney Brummel of Sheridan; and Georgia and Garrett Sigler of Plainfield.

Their children will host a family dinner in honor of the occasion on Sept. 12.
