Gerardo Garsia, 21, 1209 Price St., was fined $200 for not having a valid license Aug. 30 on Division Street, at the railroad overpass. A child restraint ticket was dismissed.

Paul Candela, 33, 25741 Red Oak, Channahon, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $165 for battery.

A battery charge was dismissed against Brandon Silvis, 33, Braidwood. He was charged May 24 with punching and kicking Michael Crane.

Patrick Koehler, 52, 1653 Periwinkle, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $250 for going 45 in a 35 mph zone, amended from speeding in a construction zone. He was charged at Minooka and McLindon roads.

Placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 each for speeding were: Heather Leiter, 22, 1935 Southmor Road; Eric Caldera, 28, Minooka; DeAnna McGeorge, 439 Main, Seneca; Raymond Hansen Jr., 30, 366 E. Jackson, Seneca; Tamra Zeiter, 45, 4705 Whitetie Road; Candace Gunty, 28, Mary Jensen, 54, 6215 Northern Dr.; and Susan Mejia, 30, 1325 Emington, Minooka.

Mary Bellus, 19, 744 Douglas, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for going 75 in a 55 mph zone Aug. 16 at Illinois 47 and Goodfarm Road.

Jarrod Briscoe, 30, 108 Rivers Edge, Minooka, was not prosecuted for disobeying the traffic signal at Ridge Road and Ferguson, Minooka.

Steven Nowak, 32, 1301 Union St., was placed on supervision for six months and fined $275 for driving with a suspended license Dec. 6 on Gore Road.

A ticket for driving with a suspended license was dismissed against Aaron Terry, 29, 1101 Wauponsee St. He was charged Aug. 16 at High and Wauponsee streets.

A ticket for driving with a suspended license was dismissed against Luis Garcia, 21, 526 Armstrong St. He was charged June 24 on Division Street.

Shane Knight, 20, Braidwood, was fined $95 for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Aug. 23 on Huston Road.

Hillary Kluckhohn, 18, 2515 S. Verona Road, Verona, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was cited Aug. 26 on Division Street.
