Gardner teen faces DUI charge

A RURAL Gardner woman was charged with DUI about 10:40 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, near Grinter and Old Mazon roads.

Reyanne Toepper, 18, 2095 E. Grinted Road, Gardner, was also charged with disobeying a stop sign and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in lieu of bond with an Oct. 19 court date.

Deputy Darren Roach reported he stopped Toepper after she failed to obey the stop sign at Grinter and Old Mazon roads.

He reported she appeared intoxicated and was charged with DUI.
