Louis Battistoni III, 34, Elmhurst, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. Tickets for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and not having proof of insurance were dismissed. He was charged May 1 at 5200 Pine Bluff Road.

Mark Francis, 50, 2430 Indian Grass Road, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to attend a victim impact panel and have an interlock installed. He was charged Sept. 3 at 2300 Ashland. An improper lane usage charge was dismissed.

Patrick Kinkin, 32, Essex Road, Wilmington, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to attend a victim impact panel. He was charged Aug. 29 at Center and Main streets, Gardner.

Charges of DUI and improper lane usage were dismissed against Steven Nelson, 51, 470 Second, South Wilmington, when the evidence against him was suppressed. On Sept. 8, the summary suspension of his license was rescinded, for lack of probable cause for the original traffic stop, after a hearing in circuit court. A motion to suppress the evidence against Nelson was then granted. He was charged July 18 on Rice Road.

Jeremy Fields, 17, 601 Second, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $595 for possession of marijuana on Sept. 19. A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

Aaron Walker, 31, Normal, was fined $150 for trespassing at Sheriff Terry Marketti's property. He was charged April 20 with trying to enter the garage on N. Jackson St., Gardner.

Amanda Nelson, 18, 2215 McArdle Road, was placed on conditional discharge for one year and fined $165 for criminal damage to property. She was charged May 25 by Denise Bradley with using a shovel to damage the back door of the residence at 2215 McArdle Road.

John Bahret, 17, Channahon, was placed on supervision for one year, fined $150 and ordered to pay $228.25 restitution for criminal damage to property. He was charged Sept. 6 with damaging a bicycle owned by Donna Vitale at 1373 Glen Ridge, Minooka.

Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Marcus McKinney, 20, 724 Dayton, Godley. He was charged July 28 at Kankakee Road and Illinois 129.

Mark Cronk Jr., 32, 165 Chestnut, Coal City, was fined $165 for aggravated assault. A resisting police charge was dismissed. He was charged July 12 with threatening Coal City officers, then pushing Officer Thomas Logan at 165 E. Chestnut.

Jordan Alberico, 17, U. S. 52, Shorewood, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $150 for theft of four CDs from Walmart on Sept. 11.

Charlsey MacArthur, 17, Chanahon, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $150 for the theft of three CDs from Walmart on Sept. 11.

Frank Rasmusson, 40, 2100 Wahoo, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $150 for trespassing. He was charged July 18 with driving into the Mobil Super Pantry lot.

Cary Mraz, 47, 112 Sean Dr., was placed on supervision for six months and fined $200 for driving with a suspended license Sept. 11 at U.S. 6 and Ashton Road. Sept. 9 tickets for driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage, not having proof of insurance and not wearing a seat belt were dismissed.

A ticket for not having a valid license was dismissed against Jackie Ugolini, 44, 2381 N. Illinois 170. She was cited Sept. 27 on U.S. 6.

Michael Broyles, 32, 240 Sundown, Kinsman, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was charged Sept. 12 at Spring and Hadden roads.

Tickets for driving with a suspended license and having an expired registration were dismissed against Lonnie Neiheisel, 37, 413 W. Jackson St. He was charged Sept. 15 at Washington Street and Cemetery Road.

Adrian Balderas, 30, 685 Circle Dr., Coal City, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for speeding. Tickets for not having a valid license and not having proof of insurance were dismissed. He was cited Sept. 5 at Carbon Hill Road and Oak streets, Coal City.

Placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 each for speeding were James Hall, 75,1093 Black Diamond, Coal City; Thomas Barra, 20, 5925 Illinois 113, Coal City; and Chad Brown, 35, 2005 Hossack, Seneca.

Jason Granzow,17, 24321 Iroquois, Channahon, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for going 55 in a 40 mph zone Aug. 28 at Ridge and Edgewater, Minooka.

Jesus Chaidez, 30, 1160 Wabena, Minooka, was fined $100 for going 55 in a 40 mph zone, Aug. 22 at Ridge and Edgewater, Minooka.

Fined $75 each for speeding were: Marilu Torres, 32, 1465 Bluestem, Minooka; Payton Oelschlager, 18, 401 Mazon, Dwight; Danielle Lawless, 20, 808 E. Main; and Gary Kuriger, 56, 3505 Holderman Road.

Gary Carter, 37, 755 Pheasant, Coal City, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for disobeying the stop sign at IIlinois 47 and Illinois 113 on Sept. 25.

Joshua Hiscock. 17, 113 Arowhead, Minooka, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for going 47 in a 30 mph zone June 27 in Minooka.

James McDonald, 62, 807 Liberty St., was fined $55 for not wearing a seat belt at Division and Bedford Road.
