James Englebrecht, 69, 3020 Jugtown Road, was sentenced to 20 days in the county jail and fined $165 for reckless conduct. Charges of driving with a suspended license and going 67 in a 55 mph zone on Pine Bluff Road was dismissed.

Shaun Avery, 22, 23 Aspen, Minooka, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged July 1 at Minooka and Tabler roads. Tickets for possession of a one-hitter pipe and driving with one taillight were dismissed.

Christopher Heskin, 31, New Lenox, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for driving a boat under the influence. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged Aug. 2 at Stratton Park.

Neil Olds, 19, 6245 Junebug, was placed on conditional discharge for one year, with four days in the county jail, and he was fined $155 for resisting police. He began serving the sentence Monday, Oct. 19. He was charged Sept. 23 with walking away from Deputy R. J. Knezevich after being told not to leave the area.

David Oster, 29, Reddick, was placed on conditional discharge for one year and fined $595 for possession of marijuana Oct. 1 at Kankakee and Smith roads. A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

Alberto Guerrero, 20, Plainfield, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $595 for possession of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia for having three pipes was dismissed. He was charged Sept. 12.

Esteban Martinez, 19, 40 Oak, South Wilmington, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $595 for possession of marijuana. He was charged July 20 at Gardner and Jackson streets, Gardner.

Deanna Gilmore, 19, 1130 Liberty St., was placed on conditional discharge for one year and fined $165 for theft. She was charged May 28 with taking a bottle of tequila from Morris Liquors. A possession of liquor charge was dismissed.

Nicholas Tsantrios, 20, 8030 W. Minooka Road, Newark, was fined $150 for the theft of barbecue chicken from Walmart on Sept. 17.
