New Lenox man charged with DUI

MINOOKA POLICE charged a New Lenox man with DUI about 11:45 p.m. Saturday Oct. 17.

Angelo Fields, 24, was also charged with disobeying a traffic device at Ridge Road and Ferguson Boulevard. He posted $100, his driver's license and was released.

Minooka police reported they stopped Fields after he disobeyed the traffic device. He appeared intoxicated and smelled of liquor.

After failing the field sobriety tests, Fields was charged with DUI and taken to the Minooka Police Department.
