Jonathan Braga, 24, Montgomery, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to attend a victim impact panel. He was charged Aug. 16 at the Stratton Park boat launch.

John Woods, 43, Carbondale, was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $675 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. Tickets for illegal transportation of liquor and improper lane usage were dismissed. He was charged March 6 by Illinois State Police at Illinois 47 and Interstate 80.

Nicolas Warner, 22, 107 E. Jefferson St., was fined $250 for domestic battery. He was charged May 16 with pushing a woman into a door at 909 Edgewood, breaking the glass. A charge of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence was dismissed.

Carole Lambert, 68, 24045 Lawson Dr., Channahon, was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $250 for theft. She was charged with taking four bottles of wine, Snickers, cat food and other items from the Minooka Jewel-Osco.

Eric Hiemer, 29, DuPage Drive Channahon, was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $250 for harassment by telephone. He was charged with calling Cathy Carver numerous times on Jan. 11 and Jan. 27.

Wayne Bottoms, 50, 430 Crotty, Seneca, was placed on conditional discharge for two years, fined $160 and ordered to complete 240 hours of community service work for driving with a suspended license. He was charged July 15 at U.S. 6 and Ashton Road.

Ricardo Delgado, 21, 320 E. Jackson St., was fined $300 for driving with a suspended license July 15 on Jackson Street.

Hector Jiminez, 22, 1218 Sommer, Minooka, was placed on conditional discharge for two years, fined $160 and ordered to complete 240 hours of community service work for driving with a revoked license July 15 on McLindon Road.

A ticket for driving with a suspended license was dismissed against John Burke, 30, 1095 Farmstone, Diamond. He was charged Sept. 6 at Division Street and Berta Road.

A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed against Jennifer Caringella, 24, 1305 Emington, Minooka.
