MOUNDS, Okla. — Mr. Jeremy Michael West, 33, of Mounds, Oklahoma, died in an automobile accident on Friday, Oct. 23, 2009.

Jeremy was born on May 16, 1976, in Portsmouth, Va. He spent his childhood in Gardner, and attended Gardner-South Wilmington High School.

Jeremy was an excellent cook and enjoyed doing it. He tried to keep his mind busy by learning languages, drawing and writing. He also enjoyed watching movies and visiting the Florida beaches.

Jeremy is survived by his mother, Robbyn Ranee (Storm) West, and her husband, Keith; a son, Zander West; a brother, Shawn (Shelley) West; and their children, Ryan, Nick, Tim, Danny, Joey and Jeremy; grandparents, Robert and Connie Storm; Uncle Bob (Tish) Storm and their children, Sarah, Heather and Amelia; Aunt Rhonda (Tom) Favero and their children, Brandon, Angela and Jordan; best friend, P.J.; two second cousins, Olivia and T.J.; plus many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A family memorial service honoring Jeremy will be held at a later date in Illinois.
