Two tickets issued during traffic stop

TWO CITATIONS were handed out by Morris police Thursday after a traffic stop at 525 North Division St.

Brycen P. Haagenson, 21, was arrested and cited with operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
