TWO PEOPLE were cited by Morris police after a traffic stop about 10 p.m. Monday on E. Washington Street.

Todd Fitch, 19, Streator, was cited for speeding and illegal transportation of liquor.

Tesha Goodwin, 21, Verona, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were given Nov. 30 court dates and released.

Officer Doris Noll reported Fitch was stopped for speeding at Grundy Street. Open liquor was found in the vehicle.
