A suit filed after an accident at Division and George streets on May 7, 2005, has been dismissed in circuit court.

Tammy Marchese, of Virginia Street, Coal City, filed the suit against Deborah Wright, E. Pine Meadow Lane, seeking damages for her injuries.

The complaint charged Marchese was driving a Chevrolet southbound on Division Street, near George Street, when she stopped in traffic.

Wright was driving a PT Cruiser southbound and collided with the rear of the car driven by Marchese.
