Lauren Hartman and Jonathan Bivens were united in marriage on Nov. 8, 2008.
The wedding ceremony was held at Minooka United Methodist Church with Rev. Rich Darr officiating.
Lauren is the daughter of Marlin and Adrienne Hartman of Minooka. Jon is the son of Barry and Sue Bivens of Mazon.
Taylor Hartman, sister of the bride was the maid of honor. Adam Wiley, fraternity brother, was the best man.
Bridesmaids were Stephany Hartman, sister of the bride; Jenna Vinci, cousin of the bride; Kerry Fitzgerald and Valerie Norman, sorority sisters of the bride.
Groomsmen were Joshua and Jeremy Bivens, brothers of the groom; Jon Lacine, fraternity brother of the groom; and Drew Spencer, friend of the groom.
Olivia & Caroline Bivens, nieces of the groom, were the flower girls.
Both bride and groom are graduates of Eastern Illinois University.
Lauren is a teacher with Minooka Elementary School District.
Jon is employed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
The happy couple reside in Minooka.
