Motorist ticketed for driving without proper insurance

WILMINGTON DRIVER Joseph Bianco, 21, was ticketed Thursday by Marseilles police in the wake of a traffic stop on Bluff Street.

Police cited Bianco with operating a motor vehicle without proper insurance. He was released on a promise to appear in court on the citation.
