Jimmy Poole, 25, 711 Armstrong St., was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $675 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged June 2 by Morris police at Liberty and Main streets.

Tickets for illegal transportation of liquor and improper lane usage were dismissed.

Alejandro Becerra, 43, Price Street, was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to attend a victim impact panel. He was charged Sept. 5 at Division and Benton streets.

Tickets for improper lane usage and not having proof of insurance were dismissed.
