Parked Charger damaged by driver who fled

MORRIS POLICE are investigating a hit-and-run accident, reported at Fulton and Jefferson streets, about 11:25 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13.
Police reported a black 2006 Dodge Charger was legally parked on the east side of Fulton Street when it was struck by a driver who left the scene.
The owner of the parked vehicle was not identified.
