WILMINGTON — Mrs. Patricia Ann Rhoades, 60, of Wilmington, passed away Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at St. James Hospital Chicago Heights.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of services at 8 p.m. Friday Nov 20, 2009, at the Freitag Funeral Home in Wilmington.
Cremation rites will be accorded after the services at Patricia’s request.
In lieu of flowers, memorials of the donor’s choice would be appreciated in her memory.
