Seven cited in Minooka for disobeying traffic control device

SEVEN MOTORISTS were cited by Minooka police with disobeying a traffic control device during traffic stops in various locations in the village.

William Howard Dillard, 67, Sulligent, Ala., was cited Tuesday at 599 Ferguson Blvd.

Nebojsa Milicevic, 35, of Hinsdale, and Cathy M. Warner, 34, Jacksonville, were cited Tuesday and Wednesday in separate traffic stops at 276 North Ridge Road.

Edward C. Knight, 35, Memphis, Tenn., William Kemp Hill, 53, Marietta, Ga., and Andrew J. Friesen, 43, Manitoba, Canada, were cited Wednesday in separate incidents in traffic stops at 275 North Ridge Road.
