Friday, in circuit court, illegal consumption of liquor charges were dismissed against the following: Justin Porter, 18, 315 North St.; Troy Granger, 18, 1252 Brendon; Adam Tondini, 19, 1726 Cemetery Road; Andrew Tondini, 19, 1726 Cemetery Road; David Balzer, 18,Taller Dr.; Kevin Bell, 18, 1051 Park Blvd.; Zachary Flood, 18, Johnson Ave.; Katherine Mallory, 17, 1748 Little Willow; and Samantha Welch, 18, 1858 Stoneybrook. They were charged April 18 at 315 North St.
Esteban Rodriguez, 19, Wilmington, was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $250 for theft. He was charged April 1 for taking 12 DVDs from Walmart.
Tickets for illegal consumption of liquor were dismissed against Brandi McGee, 17, 25716 Fieldstone, Channahon, and Kevin Smith, 17, 1214 Creeskide, Minooka. They were cited July 22 by the marina.
An illegal consumption charge was dismissed against Teala Irons, 18, 421 Oak. She was cited June 5 at 520 Wauponsee Street.
An illegal consumption of liquor charge was dismissed against Kristin Dunbar, 17, 685 Michael Dr. She was charged Sept. 5 on Warren Drive, Mazon.
Roger Lawless, 59, 8620 Indian Trail Road, was not prosecuted for deceptive practice. He was charged with writing a check to Morris Liquors on June 19 for $62.60 and on Dec. 13, 2008, to DJ’s BP for $71.17, which were not paid by Grundy Bank.
Deceptive practice charges were dismissed against Sandra Lawless, 63, 8620 Indian Trail Road. She was charged with writing a check to Morris Healthmart for $71.77 and Morris Liquors for $66.06, which were not paid by Grundy Bank.
Jose Raya, 62, Joliet, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with a suspended license. Sentencing was set for Jan. 19, 2010. He was charged Jan. 4, 2009, on Ridge Road by Minooka police.
Erika Benton, 1315 Burns, Minooka, was fined $150 for allowing a dog to run at large Sept. 17 by her residence.
Mark Halvorson, 1501 Creekside Circle, was fined $75 for parking on the wrong side of the street (left wheels by the curb) Aug. 10 by his residence.
Frank Budzinski, 61, 439 San Carlos, Minooka, was fined $75 for having an abandoned vehicle on his property on Sept. 28.
A ticket for failure to give information after an accident was dismissed against Gerald Welch, 61, 821 E. Benton St., when the complaining witness failed to appear. He was charged July 27 at Jewel-Osco.
