WET PAVEMENT was blamed for an accident at Edgewater Drive and Bedford Road about 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17.

Morris police reported James Bianchetta, 57, 1700 Edgewater, was southbound on Edgewater when he stopped behind another vehicle at Bedford Road.

Dalton Reding, 17, 1660 Edgewater, was also southbound on Edgewater. He told police that, when he applied the brakes, his Buick slid on the wet pavement and collided with the rear of Bianchetta's Ford Escape.
