A judgment for $52,418.55 was entered for Citimortgage Inc., and against Simon Estrada in circuit court Tuesday.
Filed March 26, the complaint charged Citimortgage issued a $52,800 note to Estrada, 500 Battista Dr., Coal City, on March 20, 2007.
Citimortgage charged Estrada failed to make the payments and sought $52,418.55, including principal and interest.
An additional $234 in costs was awarded to Citimortage.
