Faud Nafie, 35, no address given, was taken to Morris Hospital by Dwight Ambulance for treatment of injuries.

Deputies Josh Slattery and Brett Black reported they were called to Uncle Dave’s Bar in Kinsman for a beating.

They reported Nafie was on the ground and being treated by local medical personnel. He was bleeding and had head and facial injuries.

The deputies reported they were told Finch had run behind the fire station and found him on the ground behind an air conditioning unit.

They reported Finch refused to show both hands, then grabbed Deputy Black by the arms and would not let go. Deputy Black reported he used pepper spray on Finch, and he was taken into custody.

Finch had a cut on his and and blood on his clothes. He was taken to Morris Hospital for treatment of the cut on his hand before being taken to the county jail.

Deputy Slattery reported Harty came to Morris Hospital, where he denied making any contact with Nafie.

The deputy reported Harty also had blood on his clothes. Based on this and witnesses who said Harty had kicked Nafie several times, he was also charged with aggravated battery.
