A DUI charge was dismissed against James Henderson, 44, 415 W. Jefferson St., Gardner. Following a hearing on Nov. 20, the summary suspension of his license was rescinded. On Nov. 24, the evidence against him was suppressed. He was charged Sept. 18 at Jefferson and Jackson streets, Gardner, Tickets for not having a valid license, improper lane usage and not having proof of insurance were dismissed.

Valeria Cardwell, 35, 125 Calkey, Diamond, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $185 for leaving the scene of an accident. She was charged June 21 at the BNSF railroad tracks, First Street and First Avenue in Coal City. Charges of failure to give information after an accident, trespassing on railroad property and improper parking were dismissed.

Megan Myers, 20, Bolingbrook, was placed on supervision for six months and fined $250 for reckless driving. She was charged Nov. 3 with forcing Tiffany Biros off the road at Spring and Tynan roads.

A deceptive practice charge was dismissed against Artemus Fykes, 37, Montgomery. He was charged July 7, 2008 with writing a check to Integrity Automotive for $239.19, which was not paid by Fifth Third Bank.

Michaela Gretencord, 41, 130 North St., was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Oct. 11 at Illinois 47 and 113.

Zachard Bouchard, 18, 216 W. North, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for following too closely Sept. 18 on Bedford Road.

Ryan Sorensen, 18, 320 Oak, Coal City, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for failure to reduce speed Nov. 3 at Illinois 113 and Berta Road.

Ashley Meents, 23, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for failure to reduce speed Oct. 22 at Division and Marguerite, Coal City.

Courtney Drake, 20, 1201 Fremont Ave., was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $200 for going 65 in a 55 mph zone Oct. 21 on Minooka Road.

A ticket for not having a valid license was dismissed against Kathy Perry, 47, 1789 Eagle. She was cited Nov. 7 on U.S. 6.
