Two plead guilty to driving with revoked license

Two people were ordered to do 300 hours of community service work after they appeared in court Tuesday and pleaded guilty to felony charges of driving with a revoked license.

Shannon Cupp, 37, Odell, was arrested April 22, 2008. The charge was upgraded to a felony because of priors, June 28, 2006 in Livingston County and April 17, 2007, in Grundy County.

In court Tuesday, she was placed on probation for 30 months, fined $200, ordered to pay $20 per month in probation fees, submit a DNA sample and pay the $200 costs.

She was also ordered not to consume alcohol and undergo periodic drug tests.

Joseph Dobczyk, 32, Diamond, was also placed on conditional discharge for 30 months and ordered to do 300 hours of community service work when he pleaded guilty to a felony charge of driving with a revoked license.

He was arrested June 6, 2009, on S. Broadway in Coal City. The charge was upgraded because of a prior suspended license violation, March 27, 2007.
