Mary Ann Rakow, 57, Marseilles, was found not guilty of DUI following a bench trial. She was fined $80 for not wearing a seat belt. She was charged Feb. 21 at Illinois 113 and Coal City High School.

Chris Bice, 32, 519 E. Illinois Ave., was placed on supervision for two years and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged April 5 on Illinois 47.

A ticket for leaving the scene of an accident was dismissed against Dylan Tully, 17, 2011 Lisbon Road. He was charged Nov. 19 on Goold Park Drive.

Cody Salyers, 18, Braidwood, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $400 for going 93 in a 55 mph zone Nov. 19 on Rice Road.

Daniel Pogliano, 24, 3985 Will Road, Coal City, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $200 for going 48 in a 30 mph zone Nov, 20.

Arthur Kleinfeldt, 50, 6555 DuPont Road, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $205 for going 75 in a 55 mph zone Nov. 29 on DuPont Road.

Placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 each for speeding were: Allison Staab, 25, 965 Partridge; Tina Turner, 24, 29th Road, Seneca; Kelly Rose, 21, 221 Pleasant; and Loren Unland, 21, 513 E. Main St.

A ticket for going 43 in a 25 mph zone was dismissed against Phyllis Bormet, 81, 823 Burla. She was cited Nov. 20 on Lisbon Road.

Brian Turk, 33, 2420 Indian Grass, was fined $75 for going 70 in a 55 mph zone Nov. 17 on Illinois 47.

Jennifer Osterling, 23, 638 Lakeshore Court, was fined $75 for going 74 in a 55 mph zone Nov. 18 on U.S. 6.

Logan Murray, 18, Coal City, was placed on supervision for 90 days, fined $145 and ordered to attend driver's school for going 41 in a 25 mph zone. He was charged Nov. 19 at Oak and Elizabeth, Coal City.

Sherman Rodgers, 41, Braceville, was fined $80 for not wearing a seat belt Nov. 13 on Ridge Road.
