Timothy Drapeau, 27, 304 North St., Mazon, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail for driving with a revoked license. He began serving the sentence Tuesday. He was also placed on conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay $160 costs.

He was charged March 24, 2009, on Illinois 113 in Diamond by Sgt. R. H. Coleman.

Corey Shell, 31, 2403 Chestnut, was placed on supervision for one year and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged Sept. 23 at Dresden Road and North streets by Coal City police.

Victor Gutierrez, 17, 510 E. Illinois 113, was fined $700 for not having insurance, not having a valid license and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident. He was charged Nov. 25 on Bedford Road.

Alejandro Cortez, 27, 160 Adams, East Brooklyn, was fined $100 for not having a valid license Dec. 13 on Liberty Street.

Brook Bozych, 20, 2225 Island Dr., was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $145 for following too closely. A ticket for disobeying a red light was dismissed. She was cited Nov. 28 at Division and North streets.

Thomas Morris III, 23, Logue Circle, Seneca, was fined $75 for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Dec. 16 on U.S. 6.
