JOLIET — The staff at First Community Bank of Joliet and First Community Bank, serving Morris, Channahon and Minooka, have taken a part to donate to the relief efforts in Haiti.

FCB staff members participated on Friday, Jan. 29, in a “jeans day,” where they could wear blue jeans on casual Friday. They donated $10 each to the American Red Cross as part of the event.

Employees collectively donated $500, which the Bank matched, and is proud to donate a total of $1,000 to the American Red Cross for the Haiti Relief effort.

For more information about the bank or its fundraising efforts, call (815) 725-0123.
