Harris Bank seeks to foreclose on Division St. building

Harris N. A. Bank has filed suit in circuit court seeking to foreclose the mortgage on the building at 1561 N. Division St.

The suit was filed against Grundy National Bank as trustee, Drs. Mark and Barbara Kijek.

According to the complaint, the mortgage for $495,074.94 was issued on March 9, 2005. There is now due $489,568 plus $12,488 in interest, $428.50 in late fees and interest is accumulating at the rate of $93 per day.
