Morris man found in possession of drug items

MORRIS police charged Joshua Brisbin, 24, 510 Meadowbook, with possession of drug paraphernalia about 12:10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4.
Morris police reported they arrested Brisbin at his apartment. He posted $100 bond and was given a March 1 court date.
