Morris man ticketed for leaving dog to bark

A COMPLAINT for allowing a dog to bark was signed against Jimmy Poole, 25, Morris, at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Sgt. Monty Allbert reported he was called to the 700 block of Armstrong Street, where he found the dog had been left outside, unattended and was barking.
Poole was issued the ticket when he returned home and was given an April 5 court date.
