COMPLAINTS for battery and criminal damage to property were signed against Shaun Cailey, 21, 2360 Chestnut, about 1:10 a.m. Saturday, March 13.

Cailey was taken into custody about 7:15 p.m. Monday, March 15, at the District 101 Rec. Center. He posted $100 bond and was given an April 19 court date.

Jeffery Little told Morris police he was in the 400 block of Washington Street Saturday when Cailey punched him in the face through the open truck window. He reported Cailey also punched the hood of his GMC truck, putting a small dent in it.

Morris police took complaints against Cailey for battery and criminal damage to property.
