Thomas Hess, 29, 502 E. High St., was placed on supervision for 18 months and fined $1,075 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged Nov. 28 by Morris police in the 1800 block of Division Street.  An improper lane usage charge was dismissed.

Trespassing charges were dismissed against Ryan VanGilder, 27, 224 Main, Braceville, and Bryan Parks, 29, 7805 Gardner Road, Gardner. They were charged Feb. 7 for being in a field near 6915 E. Huston Road.

Saul Chagala, 22, 404 E. North, was fined $200 for not having a valid driver’s license Jan. 27 at Union and Johnson Avenue.

Maximino Desiderio, 25, 101 Gracie Square, was fined $200 for not having a valid license Feb. 14 at Illinois 47 and Granville Road.

Antonio Cuatlacuatl, 30, 1211 Kiersted, was fined $200 for not having a valid license Feb. 12 at Division and High streets.

Guadalupe Lopez-Gonzalez, 47, 760 E. Main, was fined $200 for not having a valid license Feb. 23 at Grand Ridge and Gonnam roads.

Jacob Burger, 28, Essex, was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 for illegal transportation of liquor March 1 on Kankakee Road.

Placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $185 each for speeding were: Lawrence Burich, 46, 732 E. North St.; Rebecca Burkhart, 21, 1455 Gorham Road; Louis Caesar, 30, 25003 Fryer, Channahon; Ashley Hickey, 24, 740 Douglas St.; Stephan Kolodziej, 21, 1980 E. Pine Bluff Road; Carolyn Gordon, 25, 700 Judson, Carbon Hill; Kimberly McConahay, 37, 304 S. Jackson, Gardner; Stephan Kolodziej, 21, 1980 E. Pine Bluff Road; Donna Bertheaume, 49, 60 S. Calkey, Diamond; Jennifer Tessone, 38, 8500 Pioneer Road; and Elmer Buchanan, 30, 110 Canal, Newark.

A ticket for driving with an expired license was dismissed against Phillip Battisto, 31, 1419 Sherburn, Minooka. He was cited Feb. 11 at Minooka and Ridge roads.
