Noise complaint results in liquor citation for underage girl

SAMANTHA DZIUBAN, 20, of the 400 block of Twilight Drive in Morris, was cited on Sunday, July 25, by Morris police for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.

The incident took place in the parking lot of her residence. Police discovered the incident when responding to the parking lot to investigate a complaint of loud noise and underage drinking.

Officers said Dziuban told them she had consumed four beers. She was issued a non-traffic complaint and a notice to appear on court at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 16.

Others involved in the incident dispersed when told to do so by police.
