Indiana man violates order by riding with defendant

AN INDIANA driver was cited by Grundy County Sheriff’s deputies after a traffic stop on Saturday, Aug. 25.

Robert P. Miller, 44, of Hammond, Ind., was charged with violation of an Indiana order of protection.

Deputies said he was riding in the same vehicle as the defendant in the order, Charlene McCoy.
