MONICA L. GONZALEZ, 30, of the 500 block of East Jackson Street, was arrested on a traffic citation Tuesday by Morris police.

Gonzalez was cited with driving on a revoked license, and for failure to secure a child in an appropriate restraint system.

She was stopped in the 2900 block of North Division Street — the eastbound entrance ramp to Interstate 80 — and transported to the Grundy County Jail in lieu of bond.
