Four charged in Seneca with various violations

THREE TRAFFIC detainments were carried out by Seneca police. They were as follows:

• John Donnelly, 66, of Ottawa, who was cited with driving on a suspended license and unlawful use of a driver’s license. He was stopped on River Road in Brookfield Township on Thursday, July 21. He was released on an I-Bond.

• Edith Gallardo, 26, of Seneca, who was detained on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a driving charge. Gallardo posted $400 cash bond for her release.

• Andrew Gast, 28, of Leland, Ill., who was charged with not having front vehicle registration and driving on a suspended license. He was stopped on North Main Street on Sunday, July 24, and released on an I-Bond.

• Dean McWilliams, 41, of Marseilles, was detained on a Will County civil warrant on Sunday, July 24. McWilliams posted $500 cash bond for his release.
