• Brian C. Miravete, 33, of Gardner, was sentenced to 30 months probation for an Oct. 2 charge of criminal damage to government property, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to four days in jail and ordered to pay more than $600 in fines and costs. Miravete damaged a squad car window.

• A charge of harassment by telephone was dropped against Corinne R. Yeates, 32, of Braceville. Yeates had allegedly been texting another person after being told by police not to. The complaining witness did not show up to court.

• Dane R. Sorensen of South Wilmington pleaded guilty to a Dec. 15 charge of speeding 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was given 90 days court supervision and fined $75.

• Franklin D. Valdez, 39, of Minooka, was fined $120 for a Dec. 19 charge of disregarding a stop sign.
