• Curtis Wayne Dunham, 39, had a court complaint filed against Jan. 18 for charges of obstructing justice, a Class 4 felony. Dunham, who was listed with three other “also known as” names, allegedly gave an officer a wrong name when he had a New Mexico warrant out for his arrest under a different name.

• Derek J. Mumm, 31, of Coal City, pleaded guilty to a Nov. 17 charge of illegally transporting liquor as a driver. He was fined $155 and given 90 days court supervision.

• Rosa L. Gilmontano, 28, of Carbon Hill, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 5 charge of using a cell phone in a construction zone. She was fined $195 and given 90 days court supervision.
