Chicken wings are an excellent appetizer that almost everyone will love.
These wings are spicy, but not too spicy. They should appeal to all taste buds.
The key to these delicious wings is marinating them. Be sure to marinate at least four hours. The longer the better. Eight hours is best.
The maple syrup in this recipe will make this quite sticky.
Be sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper. You will be glad you did. Cleanup will be much, much easier.
If you like wings that are hot, serve a little Tabasco on the side. The Tabasco should be reserved for the person that really likes it hot. Otherwise, you will find these wings to be just perfect.
Serve ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing to “dip” these wings into. Celery sticks served alongside the wings are also a welcome addition, and a standard when serving wings.
The recipes for blue cheese dressing and ranch dressing are not only easy to make but delicious.
If you can measure and stir, you will be able to make each of these dressings.
Add one-half cup of ripe, mashed avocado to the ranch dressing to make an avocado ranch dressing. This is also delicious with chicken wings.
There is no reason not to make your own dressing. Use these dressings on salads and anything else you would use dressing on. The blue cheese dressing is delicious added to potato salad. The ranch or avocado ranch dressings are delicious on a tossed salad or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
You will love these dressings with the wings. It is a great appetizer to prepare for your family or guests. These wings are so delicious you will be tempted to have them for dinner.
Make these maple glazed chicken wings for your next party or get-together. They will be the hit of any event.
Oh, by the way, serve chicken wings with lots and lots of napkins.
And remember ... a good cook always cleans up!
