If approved by the council — and if everything checks out with the Grundy County Health Department — the city's first tattoo parlor is planned to open Feb. 16.

SOUND FAMILIAR?? hello all ,its me, DAVID ADAMS. I actually went through the same process,EXACTLY, and it did not work. If you search my name in the archives ,you might find the story that was in this newspaper, which is oddly the same as this one ?!?!If by some strange miracle it does work, I think you will all be seeing me alot more !!
