• Anthony J. Serena, 27, of South Wilmington, was fined $195 and sentenced to 90 days court supervision for a Jan. 11 charge of speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone.

• David T. Grabowski, 25, 1336 Liberty St., was fined $195 and sentenced to 90 days court supervision on a Jan. 14 charge for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
