Seneca man arrested following single-vehicle crash

SENECA — La Salle County Sheriff's deputies investigated a single rollover collision that occurred at 1:08 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, on N. 2553rd Road, east of Seneca.

Deputies arrested Jed A. Knobeloch, of Seneca, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, resisting and obstructing a peace officer and criminal damage to state supported property.

Knobeloch was accused of damaging a squad car upon being taken into custody and further charges are pending.

He was taken to the La Salle County Jail and held without bond.

Knobeloch received minor injuries in the accident and refused treatment from EMS.
