Mary Ann Kaldheim, 79, at rest peacefully Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at home with her children by her side.

Born in Chicago, Mary resided in Morris most of her life. She was educated in Morris schools.

Mary was formerly employed as the "Lunch Lady" at Garfield Grade School.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish. She was also an avid bingo player and loved to spend time with her family, grandchildren and her friends at the tower.

Survivors include her children, Jeff (Lori) Kaldheim of Morris and Tina (Doug) Mote of Normal, Ill.; four grandchildren, Nathan, Lindsey (Fianc Justin Kerr) and Addison Kaldheim and Logan Mote; two sisters, Lorraine (late Roy) Davidson of Joliet, Ill., and Annette (Bob) Klein of Clarksville, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Kaldheim, who died in 1996; parents, Willard and Catherine (Cronin) Sanders; and siblings, LaVerne Hopkins, Charles Sanders, June Jacobs and Eugene Sanders.

Funeral services for Mary Ann Kaldheim will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.Wednesday 4-7 p.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home in Morris.
