Criminal complaints allege possession of various drugs

A criminal complaint was filed Feb. 14 against Kevin M. Clayton, 37, of Posen, and Curtis Lee Dale, 40, of Iowa. The complaint alleges the men were in possession of drugs Feb. 13.

They are charged with unlawful possession of 500 to 2,000 grams of a controlled substance containing cannabis, a Class 3 felony, and with intent to deliver, a Class 2 felony.

Both men were arrested Feb. 13.

A criminal complaint was filed Feb. 14 against Wendy L. Rodriguez of Dwight. Rodriguez allegedly was in possession of drugs Feb. 11.

She was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance containing heroin, a Class 4 felony. She was arrested Feb. 11.

A criminal complaint was filed Feb. 15 against Ryan D. Linn, 32, 715 1/2 Liberty St. He was charged with being in possession of drugs Feb. 14.

He is charged with possession of a controlled substance containing psilocybin, a Class 4 felony. He was also charged with the intent to deliver, a Class 3 felony, and possession of a weapon by a felon, a Class 2 felony.

Linn allegedly had a switchblade knife. A warrant for his arrest was issued.

A complaint was filed Feb. 16 against William F. Potts, 48, of California. It states Jan. 15, 2011, Potts was allegedly in possession of drugs.

He is charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver more than 5,000 grams, a Class X felony. A warrant for his arrest was issued.
