Driver strikes car on Division Street

Anthony Zullo, 43, of 756 Douglas St., Morris, told Morris police he was pulling out of the parking lot at Archway Plaza onto Division Street and did not see John A. Kelly, 84, of Springfield, Ill., Thursday, Feb. 16.

Zullo continued to pull out of the plaza and merged into the side of Kelly’s vehicle. Kelly did not see Zullo until he was struck.

No injuries were reported.
