Restaurant manager arrested while at work

International House of Pancakes manager, David Chavez, was arrested by Morris police at IHOP Tuesday, March 20, for a failure to appear, consumption of liquor by a minor, warrant through Kendall County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11:24 p.m. Morris police responded to IHOP, 60 Hampton Street, Morris, to serve the warrant and placed Chavez under arrested.

Chavez was able to post the $300 bond at the scene, was issued a mandatory court date through Kendall County for 8:30 a.m. Monday, March 9, and was released from custody.
