• Duane C. Hendrex, 47, of Braidwood, pleaded guilty to a March 22 charge of possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams. He was sentenced to a year of court supervision and fined $700. An additional charge possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
• James C. Probus, 48, of Braceville, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 17, 2011, Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to two years of court supervision, $1,085 in fines and costs, and ordered to attend counseling and a victim impact panel.
• A March 26 Morris Police Department charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed against Chad A. Hicks, 33, 2414 Oakland Court.
• An April 14 Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of driving without a license was dismissed against Herminio D. Caballero, 27, of Minooka.
